Ben Martin is a Pittsburgh based trial lawyer involved in the representation and counseling of businesses and individuals in various legal fields, including construction law and litigation (contractors, architects, and engineers), insurance litigation (bad faith and coverage disputes), personal injury litigation (automobile, commercial vehicles, products liability, premises liability, wrongful death etc.), and small business matters (including contract negotiations, disputes and general advisory matters).
